Didn’t show for two appointments. No call, terrible communication. They couldn’t get the windshield for my car, so I ordered through parts. They told me once I had the glass they would come to me and install. Fine. I got the part, schedule Accurate to install. They didn’t show. I called them, they apologized said would have to wait another week. They had multiple techs out and were short-handed. Fine, that happens. I wait home again for them, no show. I call.. again they apologize and tell me they can’t get to me today. Just unacceptable. I don’t know if they do good work, but they don’t know how to operate a business.

This is my first time having a repair like this, from what I've learned. It is as best as can be expected, there was no charge, covered by insurance, and they were very kind, prompt, and willing to explain in detail to me. I was treated very well. The lady that answered the phone was knowledgeable and let me know that the insurance would cover the rock that hit my window when driving.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 8:00 AM today to have my driver's side window repaired. I arrived at 7:45 AM this morning and waited until 9:05 AM, but no one from your team appeared. Another client arrived for a 9:00 AM appointment during my wait, and similarly, no representative was present. I attempted to contact the individual I scheduled with at 8:10 AM; the call rang before diverting to voicemail. I also sent a text message. Subsequent calls at 8:25 AM, 8:35 AM, and 8:55 AM went directly to voicemail. I sent two messages indicating my presence and the absence of staff, followed by another message reiterating this point, all without any discourtesy. I received no response. I then sent a message regarding the other client awaiting her appointment, inquiring if I should advise her to depart or if her time would also be unproductively spent. This experience was highly unsatisfactory. Had it been an option, I would have assigned a zero-star rating.

Stopped at safelite to see if my windshield was able to be repaired after a rock hit it. I was greeted by a girl who seemed irritated to do her job and then priced me right out the door. So I called a trusted auto body shop and was recommended here. I called and they told me to stop in and let them see what they could do for me. The way I was treated was a complete 180 from safelite. Everyone was extremely kind, I was charged less than half of what I was quoted at safelite, and they did an amazing job while I was in and out in like 20 minutes. I highly recommend them. And tell my guy I'll be back for some fresh garlic in june!

I went yesterday to have a windshield chip repaired. Kyle was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything. I highly recommend this shop. It's good to support local businesses. I will return in the future for my windshield needs.
